Local Nature Partnerships (LNPs)

Wales has a strong track record in supporting local nature initiatives through the work of Local Nature Partnerships (formerly LBAPs). In 2020 we are embarking on an exciting new project in Wales -the LNP Cymru project. By funding additional nature coordinators, the project will build with partners, a nature recovery network across Wales, engaging people, communities, businesses and decision-makers in both practical action and strategic planning for a healthy, resilient and nature-rich Wales.
